Evelyn Tilney looks at real estate, architecture, and design from all facets- financial, creative, and logistical. She focuses on serving her clients with integrity, honesty, excellent data analysis, architectural and design knowledge, and precise execution, all deeply rooted in her experience as a strategist and producer for architecture and design-focused projects and installations. 

She is currently affiliated with Kienlen Lattmann Sotheby’s International Realty, out of Morristown, NJ.

In addition to brokering sales, her work encompasses building networks and making connections, and serving as a consultant and concierge, whether clients need buyer or seller representation in another city, state, or country; are searching for the right real estate attorney; want to be introduced to a lender that understands complex international asset holdings; or needs the help of a design professional to reimagine a space.

Evelyn holds a BA in Architectural Studies from Brown University and a MA in Architecture and Urban Culture from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra/Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona. Her professional and academic work has been deeply informed by the history and growth of several key cities, including: NYC, Barcelona, Providence, RI, and Boston, MA.

In the past, Evelyn has worked as a project manager + producer for many architecture and design-related projects, including NYFW runway shows, museum and fashion installations, museum conferences, and outdoor street art installations. She has collaborated on many successful projects with brands and companies ranging from Louis Vuitton to ALDO, and notable organizations including the Museum of Arts and Design, MoMA PS1, the New Museum, the Lowline, IDEAS CITY 2013, Design/Build Miami, and Times Square Alliance.

Her extended professional and creative network includes designers, architects, tradespeople, stagers, tech smarties, business and real estate developers, ops gurus, photographers, creative directors, videographers, and hair and makeup artists.
